- We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with anyone.
- Customer training data is used only to train the model you ordered, and is permanently deleted on job completion.
- We do not use your training data to improve any other model, build any other product, or for any other purpose.
- We do not run any marketing, analytics, or tracking pixels on this site. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No third-party cookies.
- If you ask us to delete everything we have about you, we will — within 30 days.
1.Who we are
Daedalus Development Group (DDG) operates the website at daedalusdevelopmentgroup.com and the services described on it (Logos, Priscus P1 waitlist, Erkos, and the rest of the portfolio). For purposes of this policy, "we" / "us" / "our" refers to Daedalus Development Group, and "you" / "your" refers to anyone who interacts with our website or services.
For privacy-related questions, contact us at 0xcircuitbreaker@protonmail.com.
2.What we collect
We collect the minimum data required to deliver the services you've requested. Specifically:
- Order information. When you place an order for Logos (or any other paid service), we collect: your email address, optional company name, optional notes, your tier and model selection, your stated objectives, and the details of how you intend to provide training data.
- Waitlist information. When you sign up for the Priscus P1 research waitlist or any other waitlist, we collect: your email address and the optional fields you choose to provide (name, company, role, area of interest).
- Training data. If your order includes data uploads (typical for fine-tuning), we receive the dataset you provide via a secure time-limited upload link sent after payment confirmation.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal, Stripe, or NOWPayments — these third parties handle card / crypto / account details directly. We never see, store, or process raw payment credentials. We receive only the transaction reference, the authorized amount, and the success or failure status.
- Communications. If you email us, we retain that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
We do not collect: your IP address (beyond the standard logging that hosting providers retain for abuse prevention), your browsing history, your device fingerprint, your social profiles, or any data from third-party ad/analytics networks. There is no tracking on this site.
3.How we use it
Each piece of data we collect serves one specific purpose and only that purpose:
- Order information is used to deliver the order, send you status and receipt emails, and invoice for the work.
- Waitlist information is used only to notify you when there is a substantive update on the corresponding research project (paper release, briefing, early access). It is not used for marketing, sales prospecting, or any unrelated outreach.
- Training data is used solely to train the model you ordered. It is not retained, indexed, used to improve any other model, used to inform pricing, shared with researchers, or processed for any other purpose. After your order is delivered (or cancelled), it is permanently deleted.
- Payment data is used solely to process the payment and account for tax/financial reporting requirements.
4.What we never do
- We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information or training data.
- We will never share your training data with any third party, including academic researchers or AI companies, except as required to deliver your order (e.g. the GPU provider running the training job receives the data only for the duration of your job).
- We will never use your training data to train other models, build aggregate datasets, or improve our offerings beyond what you ordered.
- We will never enroll you in marketing communications without explicit consent. Transactional emails (receipts, status updates) are sent automatically because the law and basic decency require us to keep you informed about what you paid for.
- We will never run third-party tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, ad retargeting, fingerprinting, etc.) on this site. There is no analytics service collecting visitor data.
5.Where the data lives
Order metadata and waitlist signups are stored in encrypted-at-rest key-value storage provided by Netlify (our hosting provider), located in their U.S. data centers. Customer email notifications are sent via Resend, a transactional email provider.
Training data is uploaded to isolated, per-job storage that is purged when the job completes. The GPU compute provider that runs your training job (currently RunPod / Lambda / similar — vetted vendors with appropriate data handling agreements) receives the data only for the duration of training and does not retain it.
6.How long we keep things
- Training data: Permanently deleted on job completion or, at the latest, within 30 days of order delivery.
- Trained model weights: We deliver weights to you and do not retain a copy past your hosted-endpoint window unless you specifically ask us to.
- Order metadata: Retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes (US tax record requirements). Includes your email, the order details, and the payment reference. Does NOT include training data.
- Waitlist signups: Retained until you unsubscribe or until you ask us to delete the record.
- Email correspondence: Retained as long as it is operationally useful, typically 2–5 years.
7.Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will provide it within 30 days of a verified request.
- Request deletion of your data. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. US tax records on completed orders).
- Correct any inaccurate information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from any waitlist or non-transactional communication at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email 0xcircuitbreaker@protonmail.com from the address associated with your account.
Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws (CCPA, GDPR, etc.) have additional statutory rights. We treat all users to the same high standard regardless of geography, so the rights above apply universally.
8.Cookies and tracking
We use essential first-party cookies only — they exist solely to keep you logged in to authenticated areas (e.g. the operator admin panel, if you are an operator) and to remember your routing within the site during a session. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. We do not need a cookie banner because we do not place any non-essential cookies.
9.Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently received data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
10.Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy (for instance, if we begin using a new sub-processor, or extend retention windows), we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for substantive changes, we will email any affected users. We will not weaken the core commitments in section 4 — those are structural to how we operate.
11.Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
